At Eventide, we stand by the quality of our electronics and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. All items must be in their original packaging with all included accessories to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Eventide account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and components are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship to Eventide

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit's condition and serial number, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
